Our staff is trained by the manufacturers we work with to provide the best service possible. We are a Milgard Certified Dealer, Marvin Authorized Installing Retailer, and Wasco Certified Commercial Installer. Our team has been factory trained at the Sky-Frame facility in Switzerland. OTG’s installers are factory trained to install MHB Steel Windows and a variety of interior glass systems from dormakaba.
Our installation equipment includes tools from Heavydrive GMBH and Woods Powr Grip. Including glass suction cup systems to handle up to 6,000 lbs of curved and flat glass.
Our sales and installation staff, regularly visit suppliers for continuing education. We frequently travel to production facilities in the US and Europe to inspect products before they ship to ensure specifications are being met.
To maintain the best window and door integration into a building envelope, our installation crews are trained as InstallationMasters™ Certified Installers.
