Most contractors aren’t aware of Marvin’s commercial door product line. They make a complete line of commercial doors that meet ADA requirements, provide a Kynar finished exterior, wood interior and can be outfitted with a complete line of Von Duprin hardware. We recently provided windows for a small commercial project in San Rafael where Marvin standard size double hungs were used in conjuction with a single commercial door in a multi unit residential dwelling.
When finished this door will feature Von Duprin Exterior Lever and keyed cylinder, ADA panic hardware, ADA kickplates, and an ADA surface mount door closer. A Pemko ramp will be added to the interior and exterior in order to meet ADA codes for access.
