Once in a while a customer will ask why we feature certain window and manufacturers and not others. Our reasonsing is simple, we offer our customers products that are made by manufacturers that stand behind their products. If we sell a window and door product we want our customer’s to have the confidence in their purchase and if issues do arise with their window or door, know that it will be resolved. While warranties vary by manufacturers most of the products we sell carry a 10/20 year warranty (Marvin, Andersen, Integrity) or a Limited Lifetime warranty (Milgard).

Milgard Window and Doors offer a Lifetime Warranty (including labor) to a homeowner as long as they live in their house. The warranty does not transfer and does not apply to rental or commercial properties but it provide excellent coverage to the purchaser until they sell their home or convert it to a rental property.
